Terms: EFFECTIVE NOV 2024, THERE WILL BE A 10% BUYER’S PREMIUM ON ALL ITEMS SOLD. Cash or Good Check. Credit is accepted with 3% fee. Payment in full for all purchases is required on auction day. Personal and company checks must have a current bank letter of credit guaranteeing payment of check to avoid delay of pickup,
unless prior arrangements have been made. NO EXCEPTIONS! Titles will be processed and mailed to buyer after auction. Nothing removed until settled for.
Warranty: All equipment is sold As-Is Where Is. No warranty or Guarantee of any kind. Purchaser must inspect the property prior to bidding. Verbal Announcements on sale day take precedence over printed material.
Registration: Anyone wishing to bid on items in the auction must register and obtain a bidder’s card. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bid of anyone who is not a registered bidder.
