Consignments are currently being taken. Please have all consignments delivered by Friday, May 17th. Trucking available. Loader available. This is only a partial listing of equipment for this auction. Many more items are being added daily. Blythe Auctioneers is not responsible for consignments that don’t show, price protection, or accidents.
Terms: Cash or Good Check. Credit is accepted with 3% fee. Payment in full for all purchases is required on auction day. Personal and company checks must have a current bank letter of credit guaranteeing payment of check ot avoid delay of pickup,
unless prior arrangements have been made. NO EXCEPTIONS! Titles will be processed and mailed to buyer after auction. Nothing removed until settled for.
Warranty: All equipment is sold As-Is Where Is. No warranty or Guarantee of any kind. Purchaser must inspect the property prior to bidding. Verbal Announcements on sale day take precedence over printed material.
Registration: Anyone wishing to bid on items in the auction must register and obtain a bidder’s card. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bid of anyone who is not a registered bidder.
